How many article 15's does it take to get a discharge in the Army?

It'll all depend on what the unit commander and the US Army want to do. If he's already getting out on medical, they might press with that and take no Article 15 action on the other issues. Any additional actions would keep the idiot in even longer while the case is investigated and processed.
