Guys: Should the freind (girl) tell the guy friend she likes him?

ok i know i''m a straight girl but hear me out. ii was in a very similar situation recently except i didn't know if the guy liked me.and i asked him out. it was cute actually, but he said "no for the moment" (i'm hanging on to the "for the moment' part for all it's worth X) ) and i was really afraid it was going to make things awkward. but after, we listened to his iPod and we were singing and dancing like always. it was only kinda awkward while listening to "paparazzi" by lady gaga. but besides that, nothing changed. and on the last day of school, i kissed him on the cheek. TWICE and he said he actually felt better because he already started missing people. and i still call and we talk on the phone for hours and it's the best part of my day (and i think his too) point is, GO FOR IT!!! it's only awkward if you make it and if it is, he isn't worth it anyway. you should feel...at home when you talk to the guy you like no matter what. maybe a couple butterflies, but mostly at home. so GO FOR IT!!! you'll regret it if you don't and he might just say yes =)
