Guys! Quick question!?

Ok so if u were to go up to a girl amd hug her but when u opened ur arms she just looked strait in ur eyes and said no, what would you do?? Would u give up even if u have a crush on her? Cuz i kinda did that and idk what he is thinking right now......will he ever try to hug me again? I kinda like him :/
