I'm only 14 and I can't get on hormones yet so I was wondering if there was anyways to naturally help pre-transitioning from male to female. When I say this I don't mean some magical thing to help in some big way, I just mean small things like certain foods that decrease testosterone or foods that increase estrogen production? Also I hear that if you do excessive cardio workouts it will lower testosterone levels, what would be excessive? Thanks...
