How to put eyeliner on,help?

i would recommend to use a gel or cream liner for the upper lashline. cheap ones that work great are Maybelline Eyestudio gel liner or the Wet n Wild gel line. i would say black is the best color, but use brown for a more natural look. start at the center of the lid, as close to the lashline as possible. work your way out, to where you would add a wing. then start at the inner half of the lid and work your way to the middle. use a small mirror and look down on it so you can see what you do step by step. use VERY short strokes, and be slow. don't rush! also, to make your lashes stand out more, tightline your eyes. basically, that's like lining your water line, but at the top water line. use a gel, cream or pencil liner for this.
