What's a good face cream to apply before makeup?

When i put make up on, after a while my face gets greasy and oily. Is there some kind of face cream i can use to avoid this ? My skin is naturally oily, but when i put make up on it looks fresh for a while but then it gets oily again after a few hours. Can you help me ? This happens to me with all kinds of makeup so it's not the makeup, and i use the oil free make up...please help! :)
