How can I have my erection unrestrained during a lap dance?

When I go get a dance at a strip club I always get an erection but sometimes it is stuck there in my boxers or pants. I do not feel comfortable reaching down there and repositioning it in front of the girl. Is there a way to make it so that when I get erect I do not have to reach down at my boxers and make adjustments and it just stands up right in my boxers? It almost feels like it is in a strait jacket. I hope this makes sense.
