Relationship anxiety due to his lying and insensitive remarks?

He lies about smoking weed and I really don't give a damn and he knows that. Why lie if I don't care? He's been getting txts from this skanky married girl and not telling me. These specific txts aren't flirtatious but we've had issues with this skank in the past. And he makes insensitive remarks about calling his ex and talks about how much he likes girls *** in general. Should I hang in there and see if it gets better or just put a end to him and my anxiety? We've been together for a year.
