How do I meet Riley in Iron Island - Pokemon Pearl?

I already went through Iron Island once, but I didn't get the Riolu egg from that skank Riley because I had six pokemon in my party. She told me she'd wait for me to come back with 5 pokemon, so I did and now she's gone. How do I find her?
